1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using R2S ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

R2S is an informational platform that:

• Replicates publicly available academic trading strategies from peer-reviewed research
• Provides backtested historical performance data
• Generates monthly signals indicating direction and position size for tracked instruments

R2S does not: manage money, execute trades, provide personalized investment advice, or guarantee any financial outcome.

3. Investment disclaimer

R2S signals are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Personalized investment advice
• A recommendation to buy or sell any security
• A guarantee of future performance

Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance — including all backtest results shown on this platform — does not guarantee or predict future results.

4. Subscription plans and billing

R2S offers three tiers:

• Starter (Free) — read-only access to the platform
• Researcher (€29/mo or €232/yr) — full signal access with email notifications
• Quant (€79/mo or €632/yr) — full access including API

Subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused full months upon cancellation within 14 days (EU consumer right).

5. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of all data and signals. However, we do not guarantee that signals, backtest results, or other data are free from errors. Market data is sourced from third-party providers (Yahoo Finance via quantmod). We are not responsible for data errors from upstream sources.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, R2S and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from use of or reliance on our signals
• Trading decisions made based on our content
• Errors, omissions, or interruptions in the service
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual property

All content on R2S — including strategy implementations, code, signal data, and website design — is proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. The underlying academic papers referenced are the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers.

8. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically download signal data
• Resell or redistribute signals or data to third parties
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

9. Account termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@r2signals.com.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Czech courts. For EU consumers, mandatory local consumer protection laws also apply.
